Future Developments
62 Bayview Parkway Community Housing in the Town Newmarket
York Region is planning to build new community housing at 62 Bayview Parkway in Newmarket to address the significant need for community housing and maintain a strong public legacy at the site. Planning applications are underway for this development.

Box Grove Community Housing Development in the City of Markham
York Region is developing new community housing on Regionally-owned land located at the corner of 14th Avenue and Donald Cousens Parkway in the Box Grove community. Planning approvals are nearing completion and construction will begin when all approvals from the City of Markham are in place.

Mosaic House in the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville
Construction was recently completed on a new six-storey market and affordable rental apartment building with 97 residential units and ground floor non-residential space at 5676 Main Street in the community of Stouffville.
