Your feedback will help provide valuable insights on enhancements to the website. The sessions will be facilitated by our research partner, Northern Commerce and your anonymity will be assured.
What You Need to Know to Participate
Selected candidates will need to:
- Be available on either Tuesday, October 7, Wednesday, October 8 or Thursday, October 9, 2025
- Attend an hour-long in-person feedback session at 17150 Yonge Street, Newmarket
- Provide personal information about your age, location and comfort using websites
Light refreshments and a small thank-you gift will be provided to the selected participants who complete the study.

The personal information submitted in this form is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25 and in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.M.56. and will be used for the sole purpose of selecting candidates for participation and use of anonymous demographics for the web usability study.
