Northeast Vaughan Wastewater Servicing - Construction Update

York Region is building a new two-kilometre sewer along Keele Street, between Rutherford Road and Langstaff Road in the City of Vaughan. 

Duration:  July 2025

Impacts: 

• Temporary lane restrictions along Keele Street are required as they are installing center medians and repaving sections of the road
• Work will occur between 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday with line painting happening overnight
• Flag persons will be on-site as needed to help with the flow of traffic

As with all construction projects, some work may be rescheduled due to weather or other conditions. York Region will provide advance notice where possible.
