- Staff will be on-site for the duration of the groundwater testing
Take the Groundwater Well Survey – Available until November 30, 2025
Prior to well testing, York Region is collecting information on potential groundwater supply wells in the area to better understand local groundwater use and responsibly manage municipal water supplies. As your property is located in the area, we are inviting you to complete the survey if you have a well on your property.
Information about your well may be available on the well record through your well drilling contractor or found on the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks mapping tool.
Thank you in advance for your participation in the survey and for your patience while we complete this vital work. As with all construction projects, some work may be re-scheduled due to weather or other conditions.
