Using Live Chat

• In order for us to help you better, we ask that you keep your questions concise
• To start a chat, click the blue Live Chat icon at the bottom right of the screen
• You will be asked to select your topic of interest from the menu that appears
• If your topic is not there or you need more help, select the option to chat with an agent
• At the end of the session, you’ll be invited to complete a short optional survey
