Help Shape the Future of York Region’s Online Services!

We are looking for passionate community members to join a virtual customer usability session and provide feedback on York Region’s website, york.ca.
Participants who complete the session will be entered into a draw to win one of two $100 gift cards.
What You Need to Know to Participate
Selected candidates will need to:
- Be available on either Wednesday, May 20, or Thursday, May 21, 2026
- Attend a 45-minute virtual website testing and feedback session, conducted on Zoom
- Have a device with a camera and microphone as the session will be recorded for study analysis
- Provide demographic information about your age, location and comfort using websites in the registration process
- Live, work or travel to York Region regularly
- Have access to an internet connection as well as a computer or mobile device with audio and video capabilities
